• Domain registrant contact details (name, postal address, phone number, and email address) when you register a custom domain through the Service.

2. Purpose of Use

• Delivering our core site generation, publication, and editing features.
• Account management and identity verification.
• Troubleshooting, quality improvement, and security enhancements.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

• We will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
• When you register a custom domain, your registrant contact details are provided to our domain registrar (OpenSRS, operated by Tucows Inc.) and processed as required by ICANN policy in order to register the domain in your name. WHOIS privacy protection is enabled by default, so these details are not published in the public WHOIS directory. The registrar may email you directly for legally required steps such as registrant verification.
• Information may only be disclosed when strictly necessary to comply with legitimate requests from public authorities under applicable law.

4. Data Storage & Management

• Your data is secured using industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
• Data retention periods are strictly determined by legal requirements and operational necessity.
• Domain registrant records are held by the registrar as required by ICANN; on our own systems we retain only your email address (for renewal notices), the registration order reference, and domain management credentials — not your postal address or phone number.

5. Your Rights

• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your retained personal data. Please reach out via our contact channels to exercise these rights.

7. Selling on Your Site

• You can accept payments on your site by connecting your own Stripe account. Payments go directly to your Stripe account: you are the seller and the merchant of record, and Sense G.K. never holds your customers’ money.
• Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own agreements, which you accept when you connect. Stripe’s processing fees are charged to you by Stripe.
• Sense G.K. charges a platform fee of 2% of each payment made through your site (including recurring membership payments), collected automatically by Stripe at the time of payment. When a payment is fully refunded, the platform fee for it is refunded as well. We will announce any change to this fee in advance.
• As the seller you are responsible for your products, prices, taxes, delivery, refunds and customer support, and for the seller information shown on your site’s terms-of-sale page. Selling anything prohibited by Stripe or by section 3 is not allowed, and we may switch off selling on a site that does.
• If your Atelier subscription lapses, selling stops with the site, and recurring payments from your members are paused until the site is restored. Deleting a site cancels its members’ recurring payments.
