Terms of Use

1. The Service

• a-telier.ai (the “Service”) is operated by Sense G.K. It generates, hosts, and publishes websites from the instructions you give it.
• By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
• You are the author and publisher of every site you create. The Service writes text and produces images at your direction; you decide what is published and you are responsible for it.

2. Your Account and Subscription

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation, renewal, and refunds are governed by the store you purchased through, and are managed in that store’s subscription settings.
• When a subscription lapses, published sites stop being served. Your content is retained for a period so that renewing restores the site.

3. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Service to create, publish, or host a site whose purpose is to portray, disparage, humiliate, expose, or threaten an identifiable individual without that person’s consent. This includes sites built around a named person’s alleged conduct, character, employment, relationships, family, health, immigration status, or sexual life.
• You may not use the Service to solicit, collect, or invite third parties to submit information, evidence, or tips about a specific individual — including “tip lines”, report forms, and anonymous submission pages aimed at a named person.
• You may not publish another person’s private information without their consent, including a home address, personal phone number, personal email address, identification numbers, or workplace details used to enable contact or pressure.
• You may not use the Service for harassment, stalking, threats, incitement to violence, hate speech, or content that sexualizes a real person without consent.
• You may not impersonate a person or organization, or present a site as the official presence of someone who has not authorized it.
• You may not publish content that is unlawful where you or your audience are located, that infringes intellectual property, or that violates the rules of the platforms the Service depends on.
• These rules turn on the PURPOSE and CONSTRUCTION of a site, not on whether its statements are true. We do not investigate or decide whether an allegation is accurate, and we do not need to in order to apply this section.

4. Enforcement

• If we reasonably believe a site or an account violates section 3, we may stop serving the site, prevent it from being published, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account.
• We may act without prior notice where continued publication would cause harm, and we will tell you afterwards which rule was applied and to which site.
• Enforcement is limited to what is necessary. Blocking delivery of one site does not by itself delete your content or cancel your subscription — you keep control of both, including the choice to cancel.
• If you believe we applied this policy in error, reply to the notice we send you and we will review it.

5. Reporting a Violation

• If a site published through the Service targets you or violates these Terms, write to us with the site’s URL and what the problem is. We will review it and tell you the outcome.
• Requests to remove content on the basis that a statement is false — as opposed to a violation of section 3 — generally require a court order or an equivalently substantiated legal notice, because we are not in a position to adjudicate the truth of a claim.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

• The Service is provided as is. AI-generated text and images may contain errors; review what you publish before you publish it.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the Service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
• We may change these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
