Common questions
Can guests book and pay on the site?
There is no built-in availability calendar or reservation system. Enquiries arrive by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form, and you confirm the way you already do. If you run a booking engine already, add it as a "Check availability" button; you can also link your Booking.com or Airbnb listing as one option among several — with your direct enquiry sitting right next to it.
Does it sync availability with Booking.com or Airbnb?
No — there is no channel manager or OTA sync. The site's job is to win the direct guest and hand them to you; your calendar stays wherever you keep it today.
How do I present my rooms and rates?
Paste your rooms as plain text — name, description, nightly rate — and the AI builds a page or card per room. Seasonal rates, minimum stays and what's included are just text you can change any time by telling the AI.
Can I use my own photos of the property?
Yes, and you should. The AI ships the site with placeholder imagery so it goes live immediately; replace any image with your own with a tap, or upload a batch and let the AI match photos to the right rooms by name.
My guests speak several languages — can the site?
Ask for the site in whatever language your guests read, or ask the AI to translate the whole site afterwards. And your address, check-in details and map link appear exactly as you provide them — nothing is invented.
