Common questions
Can customers book a car and see availability on the site?
There is no built-in availability calendar or reservation system — the site does not know which car is out. Booking requests come to you by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form, with the dates and the car, and you confirm from your own diary. If you already run a rental booking tool, link it as a button.
Can I take a deposit or payment online?
Attach a payment link (Stripe, PayPal, or any checkout URL you use) to any vehicle or to a "reserve" button. There is no built-in cart or checkout; the button sends the customer to the payment page you already trust.
How do I get the whole fleet on there without retyping it?
Paste the list as plain text — model, year, daily rate, weekly rate — and the AI structures it into vehicle cards. You can also photograph a printed rate sheet and have it read in. Your rates stay exactly as written.
Can I show real photos of each car?
Yes — tap any vehicle card to swap in your own photo, or upload a batch and let the AI match photos to cars by name. Real photos of the actual car reduce arguments at pickup.
Can I publish my rental terms and pickup location?
Yes — deposit, minimum age, mileage limits, fuel policy: give the AI your terms and they appear as their own section. Hours, address and a map link render too, from the details you provide and nothing more.
