Common questions
Can we take donations through the site?
Not directly — there is no built-in donation processing. Add your existing donation URL (PayPal, Stripe, GoFundMe, JustGiving, your national platform) as a Donate button, and it appears wherever you want it. Money keeps flowing through the account you already have set up.
Can we sign up volunteers?
The built-in contact form handles enquiries out of the box. For a structured signup sheet, link an external form (Google Forms, Tally) as a button — there is no volunteer database or member accounts here.
Can we list our programs and upcoming events?
Yes — paste them as plain text and the AI structures them into program and event sections. Updating one later is a tap, or you can just tell the AI ("move the food drive to March 14").
Can volunteers with no tech skills update it?
That's the design. Editing is tapping text on the site or telling the AI what to change in ordinary words — from a phone. No admin dashboard to be trained on and no account for a departing volunteer to take with them.
Can the site be in the languages our community speaks?
Yes. Ask for the site in any language, or ask the AI to translate the whole site — every page, not just the homepage — which matters when the people you serve and the people who fund you don't read the same one.
