Atelier Platform
A real estate website where your listings have no competitors next to them
Independent agents and small agencies: describe what you sell and where, and get a site with your properties, your neighborhoods and your own profile — the page you send a seller before they choose you.
Your listings live on a portal that sells your competitors
You pay to put a property on the portal, and the portal puts three rival agents in a sidebar beside it. The buyer's enquiry is a lead the portal owns. Your own site is the only place your listing stands alone.
The listing wins the buyer; the agent wins the seller
A vendor choosing between you and the big franchise is buying a person, not a database. If your entire online presence is a headshot on someone else's platform, you are asking to be judged on brand size.
Properties come and go faster than a web developer replies
A listing goes under offer on Tuesday. If changing it means an email and a three-day wait, buyers keep calling about a house that is gone and every call costs you credibility.

Common questions
Can it pull my listings from the MLS or a portal feed?
No — there is no MLS or listing-feed integration. Your listings are content on your own site: add or change one by telling the AI in plain language ("add a 3-bed on Oak Street, 320,000, under offer") or by tapping the card and editing it. It takes a minute per property, and nothing depends on a portal.
How do I add a property with all its photos?
Paste the details as text and the AI builds the listing card and page. For the photos, upload them in a batch and let the AI match them to the property by name, or tap any image to replace it individually.
Can buyers enquire about a specific property?
Yes — a contact form plus WhatsApp, phone and email buttons on every page, so an enquiry reaches you the way the buyer prefers. There is no CRM or lead database inside the site; enquiries land in the channels you already watch.
Can I show the neighborhoods I work in?
Yes — name your areas and the AI writes a section per neighborhood you can use for local search. It only writes about the areas and facts you give it; nothing about a district is invented.
Can I have my own domain and my own name on it?
Yes — publish on a free a-telier.ai address first, then connect your own domain from the app whenever you are ready. The site carries your name and your profile, not a platform's.
