Atelier Platform

A tour company website, built from your tours

Day tours, walking tours, boat trips: describe what you run and get a site with a page per tour — itinerary, price, what's included — and a button that brings enquiries straight to you.

Your tours live in a WhatsApp status and a folded flyer

The itinerary is in your head, the price is in a chat, the photos are in your camera roll. A traveler standing on the street with 4G has nowhere to send their friend.

Marketplaces own your customer and take a cut of them

GetYourGuide and Viator bring bookings, and they bring them at a commission — and the guest is theirs, not yours. Without a site of your own, the repeat guest and the referral have no way back to you.

Travelers won't pay a stranger without proof

Someone booking a boat trip in a country they've never visited is deciding whether you're real. Photos, an itinerary written out hour by hour, reviews, a face — that's what turns an enquiry into a deposit.

Common questions

Can travelers book a tour and pay a deposit?

There is no built-in booking calendar or availability system. Enquiries reach you by WhatsApp, phone or the contact form — which is how most small operators already work. For payment, attach a payment link (Stripe, PayPal, any checkout URL) to a tour so a traveler can pay a deposit in one tap, and if you use a booking engine like FareHarbor or Bókun, link it as a "Check dates" button.

How do I get my tours onto the site?

Paste them as plain text — tour name, what it includes, duration, price — and the AI builds the pages and cards. Photograph a printed price sheet and it can read that too. Prices stay exactly as you wrote them.

Can each tour have its own page with an itinerary?

Yes — ask for a page per tour and the AI lays out the itinerary, what's included, what to bring and the meeting point. Change any of it later by tapping the text or telling the AI.

My customers speak several languages. Can the site?

Ask for the site in the language your travelers read, or ask the AI to translate the whole site after it's built — every tour page included, not just the homepage.

Can I use my own photos from the tours?

Yes. The AI ships placeholder imagery so the site is live today; replace any image with your own with a tap, or upload a batch and let the AI match each photo to the right tour by name.
